Navigate to the “Slides” tab on the ribbon. Click on “New Slide” and select “Reuse Slides” from the menu that appears. A pane called “Reuse Slides” will appear on the right side of the PowerPoint window. Click on “Open a PowerPoint File.” Browse through your computer’s library. Highlight the name of the presentation that you wish to merge with the destination presentation and click “Open.” You will return to the “Reuse Slides” pane. Decide whether you wish to preserve the formatting of the slides you are moving to the destination presentation. If so, check the “Keep Source Formatting” box at the bottom of the “Reuse Slides” pane.
How To Add A Slide In Powerpoint
Click on the desired slide if you wish to transfer a single slide from one presentation to the other. Right-click on any of the slides and select “Insert All Slides” to merge the entire presentation with the destination presentation. Repeat steps 2 to 6 to merge additional presentations with the destination presentation.
